We are currently offering FREE shipping within the Republic of Ireland on all orders over €50.00 euros.
We ship within 2-3 days once stock is available. Delivery is next working day before 12pm in major urban centres in ROI and NI.
Please note:
We aim to deliver to you within the timeframes outlined above however we do not guarantee that deliveries will be made within the above delivery times. Please note that a signature is requested on delivery. If you are not in when our couriers deliver and if they cannot find a safe location to leave the package, they will attempt redelivery 1 more time on a different day. In order to arrange a suitable time for our couriers to deliver, please contact the number left on the drop card.
The aforementioned dispatch and delivery times above may vary for a range of reasons. Cloney Audio shall not be liable for loss resulting from deliveries outside the delivery periods specified above due to lack of product availability, delays from carriers, force majeure, or for any other reason.
We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Returns Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it for an exchange or refund, provided it is within 14 days of receipt of your order and the item is as new and in the original packaging.
Faulty items will either be replaced, repaired or refunded following evaluation by the Cloney Audio Customer Services team.
Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from cloneyaudio.com. If you have purchased your item from our showroom or one of our retail partners please contact them directly to arrange an exchange or refund.
Gift Vouchers are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your product please feel free to return it for an exchange within 14 days of ordering. As long as the item is “as new”* Cloney Audio will accept it and replace your purchase with a product of your choice, refunding any difference in price or taking additional payment. Please follow the ‘How to Make a Return’ information below.
Faulty Goods
Goods are considered faulty where a manufacturing fault occurs within 30 days of purchase. Cloney Audio will assess whether or not the product has suffered a manufacturing fault and will return or refund the product as required. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of usage are not considered to be faulty.
When a faulty item is returned, please be aware that it can only be replaced for the same product, subject to availability. Cloney Audio reserve the right to replace or refund the faulty product.
How To Make a Return
We are so confident you will be delighted with your purchase that we are proud to offer you a 14 day no quibble returns policy. If you wish to return any item simply re-package it in its original box and, within 14 days of receipt of the hardware mail us on sales@cloneyaudio.com providing the invoice number and date of purchase for the product you wish to return. We then send you an RMA number and the address details to return the product.
Our 14 day no quibble returns policy is limited:
Republic Of Ireland, delivery addresses only.
Customers must contact the Cloney Audio by telephone or email within 14 days of receipt of the hardware and be able to make the return (be in for the carriers) within 14 days of receipt of the arrangement to return the goods.
No Saturday collections.
Cloney Audio cannot accept hardware that has been damaged.
Hardware must be in its original packaging.
Delivery costs will not be refunded.
The cost of the returned hardware will be processed on receipt and examination of the hardware.
