Founded in 1949, by Frank McIntosh and legendary designer Gordon Gow, McIntosh was a prime mover in establishing “Hi Fidelity’ sound.

One of the most distinctively styled brands in audio is distinguished by its famous front-panel teal blue illumination - a Gordon Gow innovation that dates from the 1960s. But looks would be nothing if the sound did not match up - and it most certainly does.
